We also try to make the right decisions when using seafood in our dishes and we look at the health of stocks, the season and the fishing method before buying.

As soon as we heard about The Cornwall Good Seafood Guide we were eager to join and as paid up members we were delighted to be asked to provide a dish for a talk at their Truro office on Tuesday January 26th. Matt Slater will be talking about The CGSG and we will be using some of the most sustainable/recommended seafood to make a Cornish Seafood & Saffron Stew which will be available after the talk for just £5.
